As part of its mission to foster research and discussion on periodicals, ESPRit organises a variety of academic events throughout the year. These include:

Online Seminars, organised in collaboration with various research groups, providing a platform for interactive discussions, work-in-progress presentations, and specialised series focusing on key topics in periodical studies.

Annual Conferences, which bring together scholars from around the world to present and discuss new research on periodical studies. Each conference is hosted by a different institution and explores a unique theme.
